What I do when I'm not chasing chickens

When I'm not off chasing chickens, or knee deep in mud mending fences, I have another job, which I thought I might talk about today.

I compose music, mainly for choirs, and I've now been busy putting together a new, flashier music composition website.

A screen shot from a soon-to-be-released work for full choir plus soprano solo and piano, titled Moonstruck!

I thought some of you might be interested in checking it out and seeing what I do when I'm not reporting back on the state of the sheep here at Hazeltree!

So without further waffle, I'll provide the link: http://leanneveitch.wordpress.com/

You can subscribe directly to the site by email, or you can add the site to your RSS feed aggregator or reader. The site also has a Twitter feed attached, and a linked in facebook page - please click the "Like" button for me, as it really makes a difference to my Google placement!

And if you sing in choirs or in a band, you can download free scores for performance or submission to your music director at the site. Have a look. There are midi samples to listen to as well.

Anyway, I think every farmer should have another job or hobby for when they can't stand the sight of another sheep's bum. Don't you?

Have a lovely day!
